THE JOURNEY
Even though I’ve known Ken for a decade, there were key parts of his story that I never knew: he’s a first-generation American, comes from a theatrical family, and started his career as an actor before moving into company management and then producing.
Throughout the years, it’s been my honor to speak for Ken’s conferences and special workshops, but the biggest honor was having Ken place his work, name, and brand into my hands. He tasked us with streamlining multiple websites and brands into one easy-to-navigate hub with a premium but accessible aesthetic.
CHALLENGE
While most people know Ken as a prolific producer, Ken is also an accomplished writer. We needed to execute a visible shift from hustling producer to brilliant creative.
SOLUTION
We created a first-class brand identity that conveys trust to investors and friendliness to fans and clients.
Powered by Ken’s unique DNA, this creates a holistic and consistent brand experience across platforms.
CHALLENGE
Throughout the years, Ken created many brands and websites. This multiplied hosting expenses and made it difficult to keep things up-to-date.
SOLUTION
Using prolific creatives like Oprah, Disney, and Jim Henson as our guides, we streamlined numerous websites under one personal brand and official website.
Once a project has it’s commercial run via ShowName.com, it’s now easily redirected to KenDavenport.com/show-name.
CHALLENGE
Prior to signing the contract, Ken wasn’t happy with the responsiveness of a first developer.
SOLUTION
I curated and presented three proposals from NEW development partners.
None of this could have happened without the wizardry and magic of Alchemy + Aim. Brandi Bernoskie and her team took all of our ideas and made them mobile-responsive, accessible, and optimized for search engines.
Ken’s work spans theatre, film, television, literary, tech, and more. We are honored to have embarked on this journey together, and thank Ken Davenport for their work, and their partnership.
