Here are some of my favorite things from Karen Grassle and KarenGrassle.net:

Bright Lights, Prairie Dust

Offering reflections on life, loss, and love from Little House's Ma, this raw emotional memoir offers surprising candor and humor of how Karen Grassle ultimately faced her own alcoholism and found her way home.

Book Launch

Book Passage in Corte Madera, California hosted a reading and book signing. Karen's dear friend, Margie Adam, joined her onstage for a conversation and selected readings from the book.

Not to Forget

Directed by Valerio Zanoli, this film is full of family and fun, as well as dementia! It is the final film of both Cloris Leachman and Olympia Dukakis, and stars three other Oscar winners.

Storytime with Karen

Stories for young children: old stories, new stories, and classic stories; sometimes with a lesson, and sometimes telling about what’s going on right now!

Battered

Written by Karen Grassle and and Cynthia Lovelace Sears, this gritty drama shares the interweaving stories of three diverse women whose marriages are complicated by spouse-abuse by their husbands. The film was directed by Peter Werner and stars LeVar Burton, among others.
