“Tony is a true artist. My website is a masterpiece… a tool for students and aspiring directors to learn about the art of theater.”
“I realized that I needed to have a presence online - but I was resistant to social media. A website seemed the perfect answer.
I knew I couldn’t create it myself - I needed an expert. I was introduced to Tony Howell by one of my theater associates, Tara Young. She not only vouched for his talent but for his personality. I knew I would have to spend quite a lot of time with this designer — I had to have someone who was collaborative and whom I could trust with so much information about me.
Tony is an absolute marvel. He’s design savvy, keenly collaborative, quick, and always in tune with helping make your vision a reality. He listens and when you are dealing with chronicling someone’s life, listening is key. He was also sensitive to my Iikes and dislikes. Our meetings were always cheerful and gratifying. He constantly inspired me to think past the ordinary. He encouraged me to write essays about each experience. I had already started writing a book and these essays propelled me further into the craft of writing.
Everyone involved went beyond the call of duty to make it the best website it could be. They were respectful, thoughtful, inventive, and thorough. It is quite a detailed process filled with diligent care, time, and research. From start to finish, Tony’s gracious and positive personality made the process fun, easy to understand, and a complete joy! I loved every minute. He is a true artist and an exceptional human being.
Not only does my website keep interested parties abreast of my theater news and future projects, but it has also become a tool for theater students and aspiring directors/choreographers to learn about the art of creating for the theater. When there is a possibility of someone interviewing me for a podcast or news article, they have all the relevant information about me on the website to set them up for success.
My website is a masterpiece, and different from anyone else’s.”
