"I found Tony on a SAG-AFTRA panel on social media. Then I took his Email Excellence class, which is terrific, extremely pleasant, interesting, and useful. I was just thinking the other day, you know, how one's email gets out of control. And mine is about out of control again. And I thought, ‘Oh, I've got to go back and look at those notes from Tony's email class.’ I rely on it!
Tony also helped to design my website, KarenGrassle.net. One of his really good ideas was to have a special group of people who wanted to hear from me: little notices about maybe a new interview that we have that they can see first, or a drawing for free books and things like that to make it fun. And it's been marvelous for my book.
His way of working is upbeat and sensitive to the individual! I think of our relationship as a friendship… he's a real find!
