“There are few individuals that posses both artistry and grounded business sense as magnificently as Tony. Tony Howell & Co. catapulted my start-up and taught me how to powerfully build my brand.

I was so grateful to be able to enter the Creative CEO Collective as I was anticipating opening the Flaweless Studio in-person. I was familiar with the course, but thought it would be useful to apply it specifically to this milestone business project.

Before the program, I felt a lot of imbalance between work and life. Covid really did a number on my focus stamina. Working from home was distracting — I missed my team but also felt ‘out of shape’ at working full-time as a boss AND being there for meals and bedtime for Frith and Jason. I also felt rusty as a ‘having it all’ boss lady — income and cash flow were stressful!

While I was not a good student in terms of attendance, being in the program still had a great impact on my outlook, systems, and organization. Working with Tony privately on my relaunch was total magic. Certainly, that was an extension of this business program as all his talents and expertise were so elegantly focused on me and my team.

As a result, I created the Flaweless Studio and Shop, both in-person and online. I have doubled my email list, maintained my Instagram followers, and added many neighborhood clients to my "fan list."

I also grew my team, increased my income, and I generally feel like I am finally in the lane I am meant to be in. I feel clearer and more inspired. I feel ready for my empire in 2023.

You have nothing to loose and so much to gain. You'll find impact in the course content and also in the others involved. It's a great and generous community to be a part of.

I value the beginning (analytics learning), but my absolute favorite section is the end: planning for the year ahead. I am excited that it will be at my own pace next year. This is a great adjustment."
