  • We're seeking an experienced Webflow developer who can build premium, custom portfolio websites for our high-profile clients in the arts and entertainment.

    This position requires technical expertise, an eye for detail, and the ability to translate and elevate creative concepts into functional digital experiences at the highest standards.

    Projects typically range from 8-20 pages and may include custom CMS setup, integrations with third-party tools, and responsive designs optimized for all devices.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Proven experience developing custom CMS websites in Webflow

    • Familiarity with the Lumos and/or Finsweet Client-First frameworks

    • Excellent coding and communication skills — the ability to explain technical concepts to left-brained clients

    • Experience with responsive design, SEO, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility

    • Portfolio showcasing previous work

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Experience working with artists, performers, or creative professionals

    • Understanding of the entertainment industry

    • Experience with advanced SEO, eCommerce, membership websites, etc.

    Compensation:

    • Contract position with project-based agreements

    • $35-100/hour, with rate determination based on experience level, technical proficiency, and project complexity

    • Flexible, remote work arrangement

    • Opportunity for long-term collaboration

    Expected Start Date: June 2025

    Selection process includes portfolio review, technical interview, and a small test project.

  • We're looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy individual who can help our clients maintain their digital presence.

    This role is perfect for artists or creatives looking for consistent supplemental income during and between gigs. Great opportunity for remote freelance work while working in a flexible environment.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Basic understanding of our two primary website platforms, Squarespace and/or Webflow

    • Ability to follow specific instructions with excellent attention to detail

    • Fast learner who can take quick action on requests

    • Strong written communication skills

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Experience with the performing arts or entertainment industry

    • Experience with both Webflow, Squarespace, and other website builders: Shopify, Kajabi, Wordpress, etc.

    • Knowledge of email marketing platforms and CRMs: Squarespace, MailChimp, HoneyBook, etc.

    • Basic understanding of SEO principles

    • Experience with client and/or content management

    Compensation:

    • $15/hour as an independent contractor

    • Expected workload: 3-6 hours per week, with potential for increase

    • Flexible, remote work schedule

    • Room for growth in responsibilities and compensation after one year

    • Growth path may include increased hourly rate, project management opportunities, or specialized focus areas

    Expected Start Date: June 2025

    The selection process includes a technical interview and a small test project.
